Privacy Notice
Last updated: 21 May 2026
This notice describes the personal data HyperPace collects when you join the pre-launch waitlist on this site, why we collect it, how it's stored, and the rights you have over it. It applies only to this site. If we change it we'll update the date above.
Who we are
HyperPace ("we", "us") is the data controller for any personal data you submit through this site. For privacy questions, including requests to access or delete your data, write to info@hyperpace.ai.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect on this site is the email address you voluntarily submit to the waitlist form. Our email service provider (see below) also records standard delivery metadata when you subscribe — submission timestamp, IP address, and browser user-agent. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels are loaded on this site.
Why we collect it
We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the HyperPace closed beta opens. That's one message. We may, with your separate consent given inside that notification, follow up with additional product updates. We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your address to third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis (for EU / UK residents)
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Where your data is stored
Email submissions are stored with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider, on infrastructure located in the United States. Transfers from the EU/UK to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which Kit participates in.
How long we keep it
We retain your email address until the earliest of: (a) you ask us to delete it, (b) you unsubscribe via the link in our launch notification, or (c) 24 months of inactivity following a non-launch. After deletion, residual backups are purged within 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to our processing of it
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for EU residents, your national DPA; for UK residents, the ICO)
To exercise any of these, email info@hyperpace.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has submitted their address, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Submissions travel to Kit over TLS. We don't operate our own servers for waitlist data — we rely on Kit's security controls, which include encryption at rest, access logging, and SOC 2 Type II attestation.
Changes
If we change this notice we'll update the date at the top. If the change is material — a new purpose, a new processor, a new category of data — we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
